Its so hard to guestimate with portion size when ordered. They portions were very big, so much so, we had a lot of extra food left over
in regards to the utensils and serving utensils. The restaurant did not want to give the driver utensils and plates, he told them I requested them and he needed them. They gave them to him, but did not supply serving utensils. Luckily, I had a few from a recent event I had in my office.
Trays were overfilled and leaked. It made quite a mess.
