I ordered 4 of the Greek Salads from the catering menu which states each salad serves 5 people. What I received was 4 full size trays of salad, one salad alone would feed 15 - 20 people. I ended up with 2 -1/2 trays of salad left over at the end of the meeting. Had there been an accurate portion description I would have saved $100-$150 on my order.
