The drivers have consistently delivered outside the delivery window. I haven’t complained before but I need to start. These lunches are for meetings in doctor’s offices and need to be within the timeframe. 15-30 minutes before (in some cases). Also because the drivers show up so early I can’t tell if they have “professional appearance” or are “friendly and helpful” so I shouldn’t have to rate that portion to send feedback since I don’t know

Nikki is the absolute best person to deliver our lunch! She knows our company protocols, is wonderful to everyone she interacts with and helps me set up in the most kind and professional way. Also, Nikki always double-checks our orders at the restaurant and makes sure we get everything we ordered. We love that Tre also helps because they are great together and make a great team.
