I'm not going to rate the driver bad (it's not his fault); but you had the food delivered at 11:20. I did not arrive to my appointment until 11:45 and the window is supposed to be between 11:30-11:45. My most important customers ate and I had to interrupt them while they were seeing patients to get time with them (which is frustrating for me and them). I cannot have food delivered that early anymore- as this has happened several times to me in the past couple of weeks. If you are going to make it habit or doing that, then please let me know and I will choose a different window of time- perhaps

Tiani over came a challenge with the order potentially arriving late, however, due to her efforts the order arrived timely and the officer was happy. She was very communicative with texts and photos of the food set up. I truly appreciate her efforts and time.
