Food arrived 20 minutes early. For companies, timeliness can mean there are meetings going on with specific schedules and if food it too early, it will be cold by the time lunch comes around.
For the most part lunches for the team was good but the cafe did forgot 1 order (sandwich + cookie). Reached out to Foodja and they contacted the cafe. When the missing sandwich order was delivered (an hour later) the presentation of the sandwich was was so poor that it looked completely unappetizing. The entire sandwich was falling apart to the point where it was impossible to hold together long enough to take a single bite without everything spilling out. So ended up throwing the sandwich away. Oh they forgot the cookie AGAIN. Hence minus 1 star
