driver was late by 40 mins, which he blamed on the restaurant. but when i checked the tracker, it said he was at a house in-between the restaurant and the office, for at least 20 minutes.

Ramtin was not professional. 1) He did not take off his sunglasses when he came in. 2) He went to the wrong location and told me I gave him the wrong address. I doubled checked, and confirmed that the correct address was on the ordered. 3) And he still didn’t take responsibility. 4) He did not apologize for being wrong and blaming me. 5) I do not appreciate being blamed for something when, in fact, I had the right address on the ordered. 6) I do not appreciate him lying to my very important account about that. The order was late because of him. Horrible attitude.
