How do I contact Customer Service?

Is delivery available?
Delivery is available for most restaurants. We request that orders are placed by 4 p.m. the previous business day so we may properly coordinate your delivery. We also welcome orders after 4 p.m. or on the same day. Please call us for same day orders and we will help you find a restaurant that can meet your needs.
Foodja is a restaurant marketing firm that advertises restaurants. If you choose to have Foodja coordinate a delivery for your restaurant order, you are hiring an employee of the restaurant to perform the delivery or the services of a self-employed contractor.
What delivery times are available?
We can arrange delivery from most restaurants 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 pm 7 days a week. When submitting your order you may specify the time which you would like your order to be delivered. If you need something delivered outside of this window, please call us and we will do our best to arrange something for you.
Foodja is a restaurant marketing firm that advertises restaurants. If you choose to have Foodja arrange delivery for your restaurant order, you are hiring an employee of the restaurant to perform the delivery or the services of a self-employed contractor.
Can I place an order for Pick-Up?
Yes, we are happy to coordinate a pick-up order with the restaurant.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled until 2 p.m. the day before it is scheduled for pick-up or delivery. There are two ways to cancel orders. You can call Customer Service at 1-800-367-5402 or visit our website. Simply login with your username, password, click on "Orders History", find the order you would like to cancel and click on "Cancel this Delivery". After you cancel your order you can verify cancellation by clicking on "View Details" and the Status field in the upper left corner will state "Canceled by Customer". For cancellations after 2 p.m. we follow the restaurants cancellation policy. Restaurants may not accept late cancellations due to the food they have ordered, prepared, or other costs.
How do I change my password?
You may change your password at anytime by visiting our website, logging in with your username, password. Click on "Modify Profile" which is located on the right side of the page, scroll down the page and type your new password in the "Choose Password" and "Confirm Password" fields. Click on "Submit" and you have successfully changed your password.
What do I do if I forget my password?
You may either call Customer Service at 1-800-367-5402 and we will assist you or you may visit our website and click on "Recover Password" which is located on the lower right side of the home page under Help. Once you enter your email address your password will be emailed to you.
What's the easiest way to adjust quantities as I am placing my order?
After selecting the items you wish to order, you can click on "View Cart". From this page you may increase or decrease quantities. Make sure to click on Update to save changes. You will see the order change to reflect your request. From here you can either click on "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout".
How do I remove an item as I am placing my order?
After you have placed items in your shopping cart, you may click on the "View Cart" link which is located on the right side of the page. Find the item you want to remove and click on the "Remove" link. You will see the order change to reflect your request. From here you can either click on "Continue Shopping" or "Checkout".
What's the easiest way to remove everything from my shopping cart and start over?
If you start adding items to your cart and decide you want to remove all items and start fresh then simply click on the "Empty Cart" link in the upper right corner of the page. This will allow you to start selecting items again for your order.
What is my shopping cart?
Your mini-shopping cart is located at the top right of your page and shows the items which you have selected for your order.
Where is my Receipt/Invoice?
Once you submit your order you will receive an email from us which contains your order details. This is your Receipt/Invoice.
What is Meal For Me?
Participating restaurants will offer a Meal For Me gift card. The minimum order requirements for the gift card will show in your mini cart. When the minimum is met, your gift card will be mailed or emailed to your rewards address shortly after delivery. You can view your earned Meal for Me gift cards by viewing "My Account" and selecting "Rewards History". Gift cards can be redeemed in person at participating restaurans listed on the voucher.
