I only took one start off because some of the baked ziti containers opened and spilled. The bags got ruined from the sauce and broke open. The food they were nice enough to pre-pack with everything was falling out while I was trying to pass it out. It was a turn off for the providers seeing sauce all over the bag, bag being ripped, and food coming out. Everything else was great though.
