Please don’t send this driver to this location anymore. He got very hostile when asked to check in with reception. He was very reluctant to show his ID and follow our security protocols which is his right. However,I did put in the instructions that this was a place you would need to provide ID for entrance. I would have gotten past his behavior if the rest of the ride had gone smoothly. Instead he was late. I received a notification that he had arrived at 11:41am. However, he was nowhere to be found. It turns out he was dropping off another order and had not even been to the restaurant to pick
