Always great food and on-time prep/delivery!
Food was goos, portions were good, but I specifically asked for serving utensils and eating utensils and all they gave me were napkins and some forks. No knifes to cut the French toast and no serving utensils for the fruit, or potatoes or tongs for the french toast.
Good: The food quality is excellent. Your tuna sandwich was a hit, with several employees letting me know that they thought it was a really good tuna sandwich. Bad: I was disappointed that the order was not packaged in individual boxes as it had been in a previous order. The last time I placed the exact order (in 2024) each sandwich was individually boxed with a side salad. This is the type of packaging I was expecting. Our lunch meeting is only an hour, and having the lunches individually boxed makes it an easy grab and go lunch option. It takes longer to set-up the sandwiches, place serving

First time I ordered melt from this restaurant and they did not disappoint. The burgers were so huge and so tasty.
Sandwiches were delicious. Ordered the variety of grilled sandwiches but was disappointed not to have any grilled cheese. Maybe add that as an option in the variety. Had a vegetarian at the lunch.
