I specified a pesto pasta for someone with particular allergy and because it wasn't labeled, the 25 attendees ate it. I purchased 3 entrees each for 8-10 people and even though I only had 23, there was hardly enough. My client complained there were tiny pieces of salmon in the dish. The lobster ravioli was over salted and people opted to pass on it rather than eat it given it was the last thing left. Very disappointing.
