The order was picked up & arrived on time. Unfortunately it was dropped off & set up at the wrong office (same bldg…wrong floor & suite #). We all can make mistakes when busy, but this was a very straightforward delivery, w/the correct account name & suite # provided. I ended up having to go & inform the other office that it was not their food, make multiple trips myself to bring the food up to my customers & didn’t end up having time w/my key customers due to time wasted fixing the situation. First time all year (50+ deliveries) I’ve had an order delivered to the wrong office. Disappointed.
