We were surprised by how little meat/protein was provided for 30 people. We had to communicate to our team to take less than usual so that we could ensure it would feed everyone. Some people did not end up eating (made other plans last minute), but had we had all 29 people who had RSVP'd, we would have run out of meat.

Food was scheduled well in advance, ordered to be delivered between 11:45-12 and didnt arrive til 12:15. Was told at 11:30 needed 30 additional minutes to prepare food. Food being late cut into everyones lunch and my ability to give a presentation.
