Food was accurate, but no ice or cups were provided with beverages, and I did check the box requesting both. No serving spoons were provided for the 3 different sauces/dressings and office didn’t have any plastic spoons either, so it became messy having to pour them from the side of a paper cup.

BJs la mesa does not have the best quality control. No dressing w/ salad, no napkins, no cups for gallon drinks

Was over hour late with the order and only half of it was deliver with no labels

Half the sides were missing and none of the meat was sliced. Not having serving spoons and utensils made it even harder to serve and eat.
