First time in a long while to be disappointed by CPK. The kung pao spaghetti was very dry. The pasta mac n cheese was also dry. There was hardly any cheese in the pasta. It was a tray of pasta mostly. No one ate it. I am very disappointed. I assume the responsible CPK was the one in Brea. I like this customer too. Terrible. I wonder if this should be 2 stars. Oh, there was not enough plates!

Food was great but we were missing a few pizzas and with all I got, it was definitely not enough food for 60 people.

I ordered a GF pizza Hawaiian without the ham and add jalapenos because the person has a gluten allergy and is vegetarian . It arrived with so much ham and since all the other pizza was regular crust the person had nothing to eat. It is a big deal for an office that has hour long lunch meetings inside of an 8-hour workshop. not being able to eat a meal makes the day awful and when order food for teams in the office having inaccurate food arrive is really difficult to explain to people. This is the second time CPK has messed up on the gluten free pizza

Driver was apologetic on behalf of the restaurant who didn't have the food ready on time. He offered to drive back to bring the missing items and plates, which were not included. CPK should not put drivers in these stressful situation by delaying food prep and not packing all items needed.
