I asked for plates and the driver shared with me at the restaurant said they were in the bag and they were not

Pizza was cold, they have build your sandwich on the menu but it came already made. Thats not what I ordered.

No plates. How does a catering order for 16 ppl eat without plates? I specifically chose them because I thought I could depend on them for accuracy for my client. Order was even delayed. The restaurant should have considered using to go containers or kids disposable plates if they ran out of plates.

Restaraunt was late in prepping food and forgot the dressing for salad and cups for drinks. As med reps, our reputation is on the line so a late prep while the driver waits for over 20 mins to pick up food is unacceptable in our profession

Asked for extra sauce on the side. Also this order is not for 8-10 people more like 4-6. The salad description "Serves 12" definitely not for for 12 more like for 5 or 6 definitely not 12. The order came in over 15mins late but was told it is the restaurant that finished late.
