Capriotti’s sub platter was delicious! The food was fresh, flavorful, and delivered right on time. The only minor hiccup was a bit of confusion around the veggie sub with the “veggie meat,” as our vegetarians weren’t expecting that option. Once they realized it wasn’t actual meat, they really enjoyed it. And the Bobbie? It disappeared almost as fast as a Thanksgiving dinner—definitely a crowd favorite!

We scheduled our delivery for 12:15-30 pm. It did not arrive until after 1:00 pm, even though your website says it was delivered at 12:49 pm. I have a text from Foodja at 1:03 pm, that our order is arriving. The driver told me that she had to wait 50 minutes for our order at the restaurant because they were slammed. The presentation of our order was sub par. I was expecting the sandwiches to be served on trays, since that's how they are advertised.. Instead, they came in white pastry boxes. It was difficult to tell which sandwiches were which. We were given one 8oz container each of mustard

Lunch order was missing the individual lunch order so had to call to get removed but other than those sandwiches looked great. Came with 4 separate looking double foot longs. I'm used to see them scattered around in a circle on a tray.

The food was an hour late from my order request. I tried to call the restaurant to find out what could be causing the hold up and was hung up on before I had the chance to ask. The regular size salad I ordered was only a half portion. The food was very good, but I was very disappointed by the sandwich shop's handling of a pre-ordered/pre-timed event.
