Asked for chips and salsa, no chips and little salsa. Ordered 2 extra pico and received 1. Did not receive Eating Utensils and Napkins. Order was wrong. Instructions were not followed.

They forgot the dessert in its entirety. The order was for 25 people, but they gave enough chips for five people.
