Needed sandwich without cheese to be labeled due to dairy allergy. It is not very sanitary to have to open up all the sandwiches to figure out which sandwich did not have cheese in it.

I asked for the bagels to be sliced and they weren't. I had one special order that required no dairy. That one had a name but no name was added to any of the sandwiches. All the sandwiches had cheese. I had one other bagel that was for a specific person. No name for that one either. They need to pay attention to adding the names. Otherwise, why are we filling out, "Who is this for?".

Restaurant was great. They did not have our order ready on time when Patrick arrived to pick it up, so he arrived a little later than expected. Our teachers were a little impatient, but things worked out.

Wish this store ran more like the Torrance store. They just can't get it together. Again I tried ordering online to save time and again the order was with out shmeers. Should have received 36 and I got 8. No more ordering Einstein's from Foodja because its the Redondo location that can't get it right. ¯\_(?)_/¯sorry!

Very disappointed with the order. This is the first time giving a 1 star review. Einsten's decided to divide up my 7 X 2 dozen bagels into boxes by flavor. They also forgot to put in the shmeers. Unfortunately, unknown to me this order came from the Redondo store. Not the Torrance store, which is closer. I went to the Torrance store to collect the shmeers and they didn't have the order and was so kind to give me a discount on the 24 tubs of shmeers. After passing out bagels and shmeers to our 6 departments in five diffrent buildings, I got back to my desk and a box of 24 shmeer tubs were
