Wiley went above and beyond today! Our restaurant forgot to include the requested mustard and mayo with our order. Before heading to the office, Wiley took the initiative to check the order, caught the missing items, and instead of simply delivering it incomplete, he stopped by Wendy's to pick up the condiments so our team had everything they needed. His resourcefulness, initiative, & commitment to great customer service really stood out. It's not often someone goes the extra mile like that,I truly appreciated the extra effort.
