Henry and the second driver didn't take the lids off any of the food. I know that is how some like it, but they didn't ask me. Since there was so much food, it took me about 8 extra minutes to open everything & put the serving utensils in. Just have him & any 2nd driver helping ask the rep next time. Otherwise, he was very Jason's
