Order took a long time to be prepared it seems which delayed delivery

Wow. This delivery was almost an hour late, and there was no advance notice that your restaurant was running behind. The office staff had to leave and go get other food b/c this did not arrive until the end of their lunch hour. When it did arrive, no plates were included which had been requested in the restaurant instructions. Your food is good but I won’t order from you again.
