Never have I ever ordered Chinese Food and there is no rice that comes with the entree. Something like that should be more transparent to the customer. Very disappointing!

Per driver no plates or utensils given she had to use hers and no soy sauce Ot hot sauce . I spent $400 and no sauce it’s unacceptable
