Did not include items that were ordered. They lied to the driver and said everything was inside and didn't bother to call me and let me know that they were not going to honor what was on the invoice. Ruined our corporate lunch.

The chicken was SO over cooked and DRY! Not one dribble of sauce on any of our Korean chicken. Portion sizes sure have shrunk as well. Would never order from here again and that make me sad because it was always a favorite.

Incredibly expensive for the portions given. For those in my group who actually got a chance to eat, it came out to about $35-40/person for their meal, not including fees and tip. It actually would've been more cost effective to get individual orders for everyone instead, which defeats the purpose of a catering menu. I don't understand how I was charged $5 per scoop of white rice for a catering order, when it doesn't cost nearly that much for an individual order.

Order was 30 min late and was missing the Korean chicken meal for Avery. Not only did my staff and I get our food late but I didn't end up eating lunch. VERY inconvenient.
