delivered arrived 35 minutes past the selected time of delivery. also did not honor the request for half of the sandwiches in the smaller pack to be gluten free as there was no option for an upcharge or selection of GF. the quality of the food is always really good, however this is the second time where they did not honor a small request because of needing to upcharge on a $700 order.

The lower mark was because I ordered 4 of the sandwich bundles which were supposed to have included 12 chips & cookies for each bundle. I only received 12 bags of chips and 12 cookies. Several people went without. The quality of food was excellent.
