Missing most important sandwich with special instructions. I had to drive to restaurant to get sandwich made and redeliver myself!

They did not label the subs as I specifically requested. All of the subs are wrapped up and you can’t tell what they are. Nobody wanted to open up a sub not knowing what it was.

Very tasty food; order was accurate; I did not request any special instructions, but I was required to respond to the question in order to use the submit button.

Ordered 7 bags of Cool Ranch Doritos which I did not receive with my order. They did not substitute them either as I specified if they were out of stock.

There was hair in two of the sandwiches. Since we had placed a large order and were in a hurry, we discarded them and continued with the meal. However, I would recommend double-checking that your team is properly wearing and utilizing protective gear when preparing food to help prevent this from happening in the future.
