First of all they were late. Rec’d an email saying they needed more time. Which wouldn’t have been as bad had they sent the order correctly. Instead, half the order showed up. When the driver went back for the rest, she showed up with the wrong pizza. They Missy have sent whatever 18” pizza was available, not what we ordered. Second time in a week they’ve been late. Krisp is quickly going down hill.

lasagna and parm were fantastic! Spaghetti and salad were very good too. But the knots were disappointing. We ordered them last year for this same event and everyone remembered the "amazing" knots from last year and commented that they were not the same. Our office staff had noticed that in past months as well. Shouldn't mess with perfection! We probably won't try ordering these in the future again as everyone just ends up disappointed as they have the old Krisp knots that they compare them to. But all the rest of the food was pretty darn delicious!

A couple comments from the team on this large meeting. The upside is we appreciate an option with both gluten and dairy free pizza. The downside, we ordered 3 small catering salads but instead of sending one appropriate sized dressing container for each salad they sent 4 small individual size cups which ppl take b/c they're individual size and half the salad is left w/out any dressing. we ordered the garlic knots which was always a favorite but the must have switched the vendor where they buy them or the recipe b/c these were not good AT ALL. they tasted like hard pizza crust. disappointin

Office favorite! Giant sized salad! and great tasting pizza.

notifying the customer of a 1.5 hour delay, 15 minutes before the food is supposed to arrive is unacceptable. but glad they were able to actually get it delivered earlier than the original delayed time. still 1/2 hour late but that's better than an hour and a 1/2 late. created way too much chaos.

Ordered for a youth grp and they loved the pastas, especially the lasagna and the garlic knots are to die for!

They just won't label dairy free/gluten free items which really annoys the attendees...and of course they complain to me.

29 pizzas ordered, different dietary needs to to have labeled the ones with Daiya cheese versus real cheese would have been great. Took staff a while to separate by type of pizza. epic fail Krisp. Labeling is super helpful.
