This was the feedback I was given regarding the delivery: • The delivery person showed up with a dog in the car. Which was known because one of my customers shouted “ewww… there’s a hairy dog in her car”… ? • I went downstairs to make sure she knew the correct suite, only to find someone that was struggling to walk up the outdoor stairs. I continued to carry the order up to the 2nd floor and started unpacking. • When she got upstairs, there was also a strong smell of smoke.
