There was over a 30 minute delay on behalf of the restaurant, the driver kept me in the loop, but that kind of delay is frustrating.

My only concern was that I thought I was getting veggie kabob, but it was just some random carrots. that needs to be clearer on the order side.

This is the third time that we've had a late order from Luna Grill. It's very unfortunate because we like their food. The restaurant should not confirm our order if they can't get it to us on time.

The garlic feta sauces are half-filled despite costing extra to select that flavor, and one of the signature plates was missing the sauce entirely.

We had one request, label the food. They refused. The drive even asked them to label it, and the Luna Grill still refused. We will never order from this restaurant again.

The amount of food seems very small. Not nearly enough chicken. Ran out way before everyone got some. Not a good position to be in when you are using them for a business lunch.

Our order came without any salad dressing and also only had 9/24 pieces of baklava that we ordered. Otherwise, there was enough food and it was tasty.
