Meat can be juicier and more flavorful

Serving utensils were not provided as ordered. When I order a meal that is served family style, serving utensils are required. This has been a problem in the past with this restaurant and I thought it had been corrected, but obviously not.

I love this restaurant but I never get serving utensils from them

Restaurant used different packaging that didn't hold the steam of hot food well or the weight when stacked. Containers were soggy, flimsy, and squished. One bag was used for 7 meals, the bottom containers were bent/ripping and food was smooshed. All boxes arrived soggy. I think it was those compostable bio brown containers.

First time using this restaurant. Food is pretty good. The chicken lula was really good. Only wish their minimum was $150 as I have a couple smaller offices that make it difficult to reach minimum and keep on budget.
