I’m writing to express concern about a recurring issue with my orders. On multiple occasions, the delivery driver has had difficulty getting each lunch properly labeled, despite my clear request for this. It’s disappointing that the driver must repeatedly ask your staff to follow these instructions and is met with resistance each time. I’ve not encountered this issue with other restaurants. I would appreciate your attention to this matter and ask that future orders be labeled as requested without issue.
