The food was over an hour late because the restaurant missed my order. They prioritized orders they received overnight over mine which I submitted 20 hrs ahead of delivery. They were honest about the mistake but when catering to a medical office, an hour delay is unacceptable as patients are the priority, which means the staff doesn’t get to enjoy their short lunch break.
