Admittedly, we had a large order, 40 bowls, but several of the bowls labeled for specific individuals had the wrong order and others were labeled incorrectly in addition to having the wrong order. I ordered 2 vegetarian bowls, one had the correct label/order but I received 4 bowls, not 1, labeled for the other vegetarian, but only 1 of them contained a veg meal. I received 6 bowls labeled for another attendee even though I only ordered her 1 meal. My own bowl was one that was incorrect.

Disappointed in the amount of toppings that were included on each bowl. There was only about a tablespoon of each item, like cucumber, edamame... and the portions of fish were miniscule. Also, the medium bowl did not look any different than the small.

The rice was not cooked all the way and the fish had a rubbery feel to it.
