I had to call several times to find out the status of my order. The order was not delivered on time; was told the order delivery was pushed out to 1:15pm and meeting was over at 1:00pm. I was never informed of the new delivery time. Order arrived at 12:45. Not enough food. Order should have been delivered at 11:30-11:45am. I placed the order around 10am and should have been informed if the order could not be delivered on time. Thanks

The only issue was the reps names weren’t placed on the separate bag so the were put out with the rest of the order and a staff member took them

Foodja and On the Border both came through for me in a pinch and had lunch for to people ready and delivered on time with only a 4 hour notice. Everything was great. I will say however, DO NOT BOTHER ORDERING THE GUACAMOLE ($2.50) OR BROWNIE ($2.00) UPGRADES TO YOUR BOXED LUNCHES—it’s gross;y overpriced. The brownies were minuscule squares the size of my thumb, no exaggeration; and the guacamole was no more than one level tablespoon worth of guacamole. Wayyy too expensive for what you get.

Please stop putting tortilla chips in those huge trash bags; it looks like you're dropping off trash to the customers. We ordered twice already and chips came in clear trash bags.

The food was really good. The portions were a little smaller than I expected. The plates and utensils were short because I requested over the amount of people that were attending the meeting, and we ran out. Although the restaurant messed up sending beef instead of chicken; after contacting Foodja, the restaurant sent out a pan of chicken and a courtesy tray of sopaipillas.

The combo steak & chicken fajitas were delicious! Both proteins were moist and the veggies were not soggy. My only suggestion would be better plates (paper plates provided were flimsy) and not put the enormous amount of tortilla chips in a bag that looks like an clear trash bag.
