They sent all 8 sodas warm, which is unappealing. Food is good quality and portion size.

Wish they had hot sauce packets available and also that they sold large sizes of drinks like lemonade, iced tea or so forth. They sent 16 oz water bottles instead of the 26oz size stated on their website. I believe they did send a higher quantity, but that size seemed like individual sizes, so we didn't have enough for 1 per person.

The 3 taco platter was missing a taco. Should have been 2 bass and 1 cod. Only the 2 bass were included. Hot food was cold. Everything tasted good, otherwise, though.

All of the brownies provided were not gluten free and the celiac staff accidentally ingested the brownie.

If you could label your bowls, that would be very helpful. many other restaurants label theirs. I specifically requested that the Vegan bowl be labeled and it was not.

Although I appreciate that this restaurant uses eco-friendly packaging, for this large order with condiments in big containers, the paper just didn't work. Most all sauces for the protein bowl bar came in totally crushed packaging. This was a huge mess & also embarrassing. I did specifically request that the canned sodas be cold, and was disappointed they were warm. Their other drinks really need to be available in gallon or 1/2 gallon sizes, not individually. It's too difficult for the driver to bring them in individual cups.
