Unfortunately, forks for the fruit and coffee stirrers were not provided - we did not receive an adequate number of creamers and cups. The order was supposed to include boxed breakfasts; however, it arrived as a platter instead of individual boxes.

Bread on sandwich was hard. We didn't receive any forks. Only 4 creamers and sugar for a group of 10 +. I have never encountered this before when ordering from Panera, but it was a disappointment that my order was not complete or presentable.
