I rec'd a bag with loose fresh food (bread) mixed with food like chips and fruit - just tossed into a paper bag with no covering and who knows who touched the chips with dirty hands - unacceptable. Also, no names given so I had to stop my work day to write everyone's name on their item, and hopefully it was the right item. Really disappointed in Panera. Foodja will hopefully followup with this restaurant and their processes, so they are consistent with other Foodja restaurants.

Thank you for labeling the sandwiches...however, we had three special orders that were not labeled. We didn't receive utensils for the salad (unless they were inside the box). Thanks!
