PKG's salads feature fresh produce delivered regularly to our restaurants and then cut, prepared, and tossed upon order. Each salad includes homemade dressing made in-house daily with healthy, real ingredients. Each salad tray feeds 15-20 people.

Kabobs are made from scratch 7 days a week and grilled over an open flame upon order. Kabobs are made with healthy proteins only: antibiotic and hormone-free chicken, all-natural beef, flat iron steak, sustainably raised Atlantic salmon, organic tofu, elder mushrooms. Entrees served with choice of rice or salad.

It would be nice with a catering order (since you're paying so much) to include the sauces instead of having to pay for it separately. In doing that I forgot to order the tzatziki sauce for the chicken. So chicken was a bit tasteless.

Please in the future follow the instructions to label the lunches or at least the bags. My order was also missing a salmon lunch and had one too many shrimp lunches. Otherwise, the food was delicious! Thank you!
