Lately, we’ve been experiencing missing food trays from our catering orders, and unfortunately, this has happened more than once. The food overall is great, but the level of service and attention to detail from the restaurant has been declining. When placing a large catering order, there should be a final check to make sure everything is included before the driver leaves the restaurant. We really enjoy the food and would like to continue ordering from you, but it’s frustrating to receive an order that is missing food trays especially when we have a big group to feed.
