Hello, We encountered a few issues with our recent order: We were informed only about 20 minutes before the expected delivery time that the salmon was unavailable. The cod that replaced it was cold, chewy, and smaller than a typical portion for one meal. The two orders of rolls we requested did not come with butter. We specifically asked for our turkey platter to be split with half ham and half turkey. Given that ham was less expensive than turkey, we assumed this could be accommodated. Breakfast with Polly’s is great—always a hit, almost anything you order you can’t go wrong. And their pies are spectacular. Boysenberry is always a popular one.

Would have been 5 stars for our amazing holiday lunch (simply delish) - but NO KNIFE or SERVING item for all the pies!!! And NO BUTTER for any of the rolls..... kind of hard to cut a pie w/ a tiny single knife in our utensil pack - but we made it work. The butter? ugh :)
