I'm always happy when I see that Felicia is the driver delivering our food. She is always so nice and helpful. She makes sure that the restaurant hasn't forgotten anything. Yesterday was a huge order and she was gracious enough to bring the food into the conference room and help us set it up. Felicia delivers above and beyond service.

Hi Mike, I'd prefer if you did not wear those black gloves for every delivery you do for me. It doesn't look good, and I don't know how sanitary they are? Are they weight lifting gloves, or biking gloves,& do they get washed? Also, I'd prefer if you didn't talk with the clients, sing and hum a tune, and hang around after the delivery. I just like my delivery person to quickly and quietly set up the food and head out, so I can move forward with my meetings. Thank you.
