Thank you for all your help and for offering to carry one of the food items so it wouldn't fall off. Dispatch needs to stop sending new drivers who do not follow directions. Dispatch needs to send YOU all the time. It is ridiculous & Unprofessional to serve lunch late b/c new drivers gets lost, expect & always tells us to write comments for bonuses and are not always dressed appropriately.
