There were a few lunch bags with the wrong items in them but thankfully our driver took the time to fix it. There were also side sauces that were not labeled or put in with the correct lunch bag so we didn't know who requested them.

Order was to arrive between 12:00pm-12:15pm and didn't get here until 12:28pm. When I contacted the driver because it was almost 12:00pm and he showed still at the restaurant he let me know that they were still not finished with the order and he had been there already for 15 minutes. The order was not ready until 12:14pm. Thankfully the driver was great and got the food here quickly, but the restaurant caused it to not arrive until 12:28pm.

One of the chicken sandwiches got mixed up with a roast beef, so 1 employee did net get her meal. The other employee had already bitten into the sandwich so we had to throw it out.
