Restaurant did not include serving utensils, also tried to give me three small containers of rice and beans (vs a tray like they have before) and say that it was enough to serve 18-20 people. Tried to call and get it rectified and Rubios swears it has always been those cups. I was short food with no recourse because "they said so"

Food was VERY late; no serving utensils were provided; there was food missing.

The portions for this order were ridiculous. I purposely ordered extra chicken to make sure we had enough for our group, and people were left without much of a lunch option. The rice and beans portion is for maybe 4-5 people. Never ordering from Rubios again and I would suggest removing them as an option as this is the second time I've ordered and had a similar experience.

Received notice that the restaurant was behind, and Food would be late. Unfortunate cause our team only has a certain window for actual food breaks.

Great food-its always a hit. I did notice that the amount of protein they give is less than before and I ran out of chicken and steak and still had a good amount of taco stuff.
