My catering experience was a complete disaster! The restaurant failed to deliver the amount of food I ordered and paid for, so they had to send someone out to fix the problem; which caused a delay with my event setup.

Boxed lunch tacos only had one taco each in them. The meat and rice were all cold to the touch at time of delivery. All participants were very disappointed!

The restaurant was late with the order and it arrive a half hour late. The order was not correct, wrong beans and rice were given, we had an over abundance of sauces for the order. We had one order of fish and there were 4-5 sauces for it. There were more condiments than food which was very wasteful. Maybe this was what contributed to the order being so late

Rubio‘s has not been adding the salsa selected on these bowls. This is the third time that the restaurant have not been sending these sausages with the bowls.

Different "taco bar" set up than normal. The amount of shrimp for $31 was very small.

We were surprised to receive smashed tacos with wrappers soaked through and dented food containers. I have a photo of it. This was a team order and Rubio's typically bags each person's separately. The items were packed in such a way that small items such as the tacos which were individually wrapped were at the bottom with burritos and containers on top. The many containers of sauces and sides were tossed in. I asked the driver if he packed it or Rubio's and he said Rubio's. Thankfully food in the containers did not spill out as we unpacked the bags.

I have been a customer of Rubio's for many, many years, and unfortunately, the store that manages my orders is really starting to go downhill, due to the lack of attention to detail. I placed an order for Werks perks, which is intended to serve 10 people. To ensure I had enough food, I also ordered extra protein, and with tax, tip, and delivery fees, my total came to $376.83. They couldn't even provide the catering bag of chips. I had to leave the chips that I had ordered for myself for the group, since I had four large tubs of guacamole.
