Rubin’s was severely tardy with today’s order but I cut them slack because I submitted my large order with only 16 hours notice. What I was disappointed about almost more so, is that they fulfilled my entire order with the wrong salsa. I wanted roasted chipotle and they did their signature mild salsa. Additionally, I requested lime wedges and they didn’t provide any at all. I know they’re a Foodja “reliability superstar,” but today they fell short of the mark— probably just another indication of being a struggling chain with shorthandedness of staff and ingredients alike.
