The family meal from Rubio's states that it serves 4-5 people and it should be corrected to 2-3 people max. The portions of cheese, salsa, and lettuce are extremely small and there is no crema for the tacos. Rubio's should update their description and/or the amount of food in an order. The food is good but the descriptions are misleading.

The quality of the chicken- was very chewy and a weird texture. The fish was not great either. I have ordered Rubio‘s quite a bit, but the quality of this food was not good.

Very small meat portions . Disappointed

Everything was great except the salads with no meat. They added chicken and our vegetarians were left with nothing to eat. The customer service rep contacted the restaurant and they are re-making the salads with no meat but now we have to wait for them to be delivered.

I asked to not skimp on the meat portion. The meal is supposed to be for 10 people, they should say 5, according to the portions they provide.

So thankful for the individual salsas I requested. Made a huge difference and the physicians were happy to have their own salsa!

Food was an hour late. Food was requested to arrive at 11:30 am but got delivered about 12:30 pm

Food without stickers were not labeled. Sadly, the ones that weren't labeled were for strict vegetarians and the other burritos that were not labeled were shrimp. Both burrito types had 5 each so I couldn't decipher based on amount in a bag. I would have liked for them all to be labeled instead of grouped and not explained. Food was delicious though!

choice of salsas and rice were modified by the restaurant without advance notice and they told the driver it is what is we'll have to take it or leave it.
