Every order was missing their salsas (which were required options on the ordering page) and a handful of requests were not acknowledge (example- flour tortillas were requested instead of the standard corn and they arrived with corn tortillas)

The food was supposed to be delivered by 12 pm and they didn’t have our driver pick it up until 11:50 while the restaurant was 15 mins away so the food ended up being late.

Per our driver, there was a miscommunication between the manager who accepted the order and the manager who was working today. The order was not made and our driver had to wait until it was ready. It was delivered 30-45 minutes after it was supposed to be. Thank you for quickly making the order though and not just canceling it, we appreciate that.
