Containers were not labeled. Packaging was poor. Napkins were bagged with tortillas and salsa which left us with soggy napkins, stained with salsa.

The restaurant did not make one of our lunches. When I called to let them know they said that they made it, however it was not delivered. We also had someone order Hot Carrots that were not in the order and when the delivery driver went back to the restaurant they told him they do not have them, even though they still charged us for them.

I’m disappointed with this experience. The food was delivered 30–45 minutes earlier than the requested delivery window of 11:45–12:00. When I called the driver to ask why the order was picked up and delivered so early, he said he was told the food was ready at 11:11 and that he would be delivering it early because he does not like the smell of the food in his car. The whole point of selecting a delivery window is so the food arrives at the appropriate time. Delivering that early is not convenient and defeats the purpose of scheduling the delivery.
