When we were unpackaging the food in a conference room, quite a few lunches had sauces spilling onto the outer side of the packaging. It took my day porter & I several minutes to try and clean the mess up to make it as presentable as possible. We are not sure if this occurred because some of the meals were maybe a little flimsy for the amount of food they carried or if the problem happened during the delivery process. We did receive good feedback from those in the meeting regarding the taste but in the future we would appreciate it if sturdier packaging was provided on the meals that need it.

For the prices, I’d expect better quality ingredients. The chicken was so-so, the carnitas wasn’t that flavorful, and the sour cream was that fake gelatinous stuff, and not the true dairy Knudsen type. In the realm of mom and pop Mexican food in affluent Orange County, I’d simply expect better and tastier.
